Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, REQUEST Management Services acts as a management and coordination company and may engage independent third-party contractors to perform specialist services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or requesting our services, you confirm that you:

• Have the legal authority to request services.
• Agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The exact scope of services will be confirmed in writing before work commences.

4. Quotations

All quotations:

• Are provided in good faith.
• Are valid only for the period stated.
• May be revised if the project scope changes.
• Exclude government fees, permits, materials, or third-party charges unless specifically stated.

5. Third-Party Contractors

REQUEST Management Services may appoint independent contractors or suppliers on behalf of clients.

While we exercise reasonable care in selecting service providers, we do not manufacture products nor directly perform specialist trade work unless expressly agreed.

Any warranties relating to third-party workmanship or supplied products remain the responsibility of the respective contractor or supplier.

6. Property Access

Clients agree to provide lawful and timely access to the property.

REQUEST shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

• Building management restrictions
• Lack of access
• Missing keys
• Utility interruptions
• Government restrictions
• Events beyond our reasonable control

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide complete and accurate information.
• Grant access where necessary.
• Inform REQUEST of hazards or special conditions.
• Approve quotations before work begins.
• Pay invoices within agreed payment terms.

8. Payments

Payment terms will be agreed before commencement of services.

Depending on the project:

• Advance payment may be required.
• Deposits may be requested.
• Outstanding balances must be settled before final completion.

Late payments may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

9. Cancellations

Clients may cancel services by providing reasonable notice.

Any costs already incurred, including contractor bookings, purchased materials, administrative costs, or third-party cancellation charges, remain payable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, REQUEST Management Services shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits or rental income.
• Delays caused by third parties.
• Existing property defects.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

11. Property Inspections

Inspection reports, photographs and videos are provided for general informational purposes.

They do not constitute engineering, structural, legal, valuation, surveying, or insurance reports unless specifically stated in writing.

12. Website Use

Users agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Upload malicious software.
• Copy, distribute or reproduce website content without written permission.
